Collier's Reserve is a gated, private residential neighborhood nestled peacefully along the Cocohatchee River. With diligent conservation stewardship, Collier's Reserve was meticulously designed by one of the nation's leading land planners for just 224 uniquely and thoughtfully-designed single family homes.
Although the 450 acres that comprise our property are some of the most picturesque in Southwest Florida, it is the camaraderie and bonds of friendship that are most revered at Collier's Reserve's. We have a neighborhood of talented, conscientious, outgoing residents who feel fortunate to share such a beautiful enclave. With a robust philanthropic commitment, the bonds of our community extend far beyond the gates of Collier's Reserve. Members actively participate in multiple community service projects throughout the year, all of which are designed to make Naples a better place to live for everyone.
Residential Properties
For those who dream of a gracious Florida lifestyle in a more intimate, natural setting where neighbors quickly become friends, our North Naples neighborhood is a dream come true.
In a market crowded with large, resort-style golfing communities, Collier's Reserve stands out as a truly rare offering. With only single-family homes set in small intimate neighborhoods, Collier's Reserve is a celebration of the very best of Old Florida charm.
If you desire beautiful natural surroundings but also demand excellence in private club services and amenities, Collier's Reserve provides that rarely found combination for a small, select group of residents.
Realtor Information
Collier’s Reserve welcomes realtors from all surrounding areas. Throughout the year, we host Realtor Breakfasts to provide brokers with a better understanding of our community and its many offerings.
Realtor selection is at the total discretion of the property seller or buyer. The HOA does not endorse any specific realtors.
Realtors may gain access to the property at any time by scheduling a showing with a listing broker, or by scheduling an appointment with the Club Membership director, or by presenting a photo business card and a valid Florida Drivers License at the access control gate. Prospective home buyers are welcome to tour homes for sale on designated Open House days or at any other time when a visit is arranged by their accompanying realtor or by the homeowner. We request that all realtors kindly notify the Gate House when they leave the property for the day.
Property Leasing
On occasion, resident members lease properties at Collier's Reserve. Properties can be leased one time per year and for a minimum of four months. Rental fees and all rental arrangements are determined by the property owners. Lessee's must sign a Lease Agreement, must file a Registration with the Collier's Reserve Homeowner's Association, and must pay the applicable transfer fee. Payment of the Transfer Fee affords the Lessee the privilege to use the Country Club facilities, according to the level of the lessors membership category, for the duration of their lease. The Lessee will be assigned a Collier's Reserve Country Club account and will be responsible for the payment of all applicable fees for dining, social events, golf, tennis, and fitness.
