    Nicholas was appointed General Manager of Collier's Reserve in January 2017, following an impressive tenure at CRCC. Starting as our Greens Superintendent in 2009, Nicholas expanded his role to become the Director of Golf Grounds and Building Maintenance. Prior to joining CRCC, Nicholas spent 13 years in golf course supervision at Elyria CC, Muirfield Village GC, Old Marsh GC, PGA West, Lost Tree Club, and the Ritz-Carlton Members Golf Club in Sarasota. While at the Ritz-Carlton, Nicholas oversaw the $32 million golf course construction and hired/trained the entire 32-person golf course maintenance staff. Moreover, in 2007, Nicholas participated in the coveted Ritz-Carlton Leadership Training program, which is recognized within the hospitality industry as the "gold standard" in professional training and service. He augmented this specialized training with a BS Degree in Finance in 2014 from Rasmussen College, and a Hospitality Management certification in 2016 from eCornell University. Nicholas served as President of the 350 member Everglades Golf Course Superintendents Association in 2014, and has numerous recognition awards in golf course maintenance and environmental leadership. He is a member of the Club Managers Association of America and is working to achieve his Certification in Club Management. Nicholas lives in Naples with his wife and son.

    Director of Membership, Ellie McKay, joined Collier’s Reserve Country Club in 2017. She received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and following college, she was the Sales Development Manager at the Lincoln Convention & Visitors Bureau. In 2013, Ellie relocated to Southwest Florida and was the Membership Development Manager at the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Ellie worked at Bonita Bay Club as the Executive Administrative Assistant. Ellie lives in Estero with her husband and two young sons.

    Dottie has an impressive twenty years of club management experience. Staring at Collier's Reserve in 1993, Dottie served as our Director of Member Services for four years before moving to Kensington Golf & Country Club where she served as the Membership Director. Dottie returned to Collier's Reserve in 2005 where she is an integral part of our management and member services team.

    Amanda Holland started at the Club in the Fall of 2015 as the Assistant Controller. Prior to joining the team at Collier’s Reserve Country Club Amanda has previously worked in the club industry since 2012. Amanda is currently the Vice Chair on the HFTP (Hospitality Financial Technology Professional) Young Professional Advisory Council. She has also been the local HFTP chapter Secretary in recent years. Amanda lives with her family in Bonita Springs.

    Director of Golf, David McQuade, has been at Collier’s Reserve since 2002. A graduate of Florida Southern College, Dave is a PGA Master Professional, one of only 400 Professionals Nationwide to attain this highest PGA Certification. In 2005, Dave was selected as one of the top 400 Teachers in America by Golf Magazine. He has authored Instruction Articles for Golf Illustrated Magazine and has served on the Editorial Advisory Board. In 2011, Dave was selected for the PGA Ambassador Program, which is an elite group of PGA Professionals that influence golf travel at domestic and international resort destinations.

    Head Golf Professional, Mike Phelan, has been a member of the Collier’s Reserve Team since 2007. Prior to joining Collier’s Reserve, Mike was the 1st Assistant Professional at Naples National Golf Club for 5 years, 1st Assistant Professional at Eagle Creek Country Club for 4 years, and an Assistant Professional at Wyndemere Country Club for 6 years. Mike began his career as a Golf Professional in 1988 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, while also spending two winters in Rancho Mirage, California at the Club at Morningside, moving to Naples in the fall of 1992. Mike is a native of Massachusetts and lives in Naples with his wife Sue and their son Connor.

    Patsy Doss is a lifelong resident of Naples. She has been a merchandiser/buyer in Southwest Florida for over 30 years and has been Collier’s Reserve’s Merchandise Manager since 2012. Patsy is one of the inaugural members of the AGM (Association of Golf Merchandisers) and was also selected as the Private Country Club Merchandiser of the Year by the PGA in 2011. Her merchandise displays have been highlighted in trade publications and calendars. Patsy has been a guest speaker several times at FGCU as part of their Professional Golf Management program and was a featured guest speaker at the 2017 PGA Show in Orlando.

    Jose Pastrello, Director of Sports at Collier’s Reserve, was 2015 USPTA District Professional of the Year, 2017 USPTA Florida District President of the Year, and is currently the USPTA Florida Vice President. Jose has also served on the USPTA National Education Committee and the USPTA National Testing Committee. A IPTPA Certified Pickleball Coach and ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Jose brings a wealth of skills and competitive experiences to Collier’s Reserve. Under Jose’s diligent direction, the Collier’s Reserve Sports Program is thriving in bocce, fitness, tennis and pickleball clinics, lessons, trainings, weekly round-robins, and highly competitive leagues for men, women, and mixed partners. In his capacity as an advisor to the Naples Pro League, Jose has also scheduled Pro League and Pro Exhibitions at Colliers Reserve.

    Fitness Manager, Sara Ruganis, continuously evolves the Sports Center’s Health and Fitness programs to offer members the best workouts and health education in an exciting, supportive environment. She earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is certified as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Fitness Professional, a group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and a Functional Movement Techniques (FMT) certified provider through RockTape. Sara also has certifications in TRX suspension training, indoor cycling from Johnny G, Power Plate, Foam Rolling, and Sports Nutrition.

    As the Sports Centers Fitness Manager, Sara is dedicated to developing programs that match the diverse needs of the community, interacting with members to gauge those evolving needs and ensure a positive, supportive fitness experience. In her leisure time, Sara loves to spend time with her two children and enjoys getting outdoors to capitalize on the activities available in Southwest Florida as well as hitting the gym for her own weight training.

    Chef Brian Lord joined Collier’s Reserve Country Club, as Executive Chef, in November of 2011. Since 2016, he has held the position of Executive Chef & Director of Food & Beverage at CRCC. Previously, he held the position of Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Operations at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, GA and The Summit Club in Birmingham, AL. Brian has also held positions at numerous Platinum Clubs on the East Coast. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. In 2017, Chef Brian was honored as Chef of the Year by the ACF Southwest Florida Chapter. Brian has had the honor of hosting all styles of events ranging from charity fundraisers to cooking for President George W. Bush. As an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef with a Level 1 Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Brian continually focuses on not only furthering his own education in both food and wine, but is also deeply committed to the training and advancement of the young culinarians on his team.

    Brian's talents are complemented by Sous Chef Jaime Pecora, Certified Sous Chef and Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 Certification and a wonderful, talented team of culinarians.

    Food and Beverage Manager, Zeynel Aydin has been with Collier’s Reserve Country Club since 2008. Zeynel comes with over 18 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Guidance. He previously served as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at a top-tier hotel in New Orleans and was an Operation Assistant & Tour Leader in his home country. He lives in Naples with his wife, daughter, and son.

    Catering and Member Event Manager, Estefania Perino, graduated from the University of Salvador at Buenos Aires Argentina with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and a master’s degree in Event Planning. She has been in the event planning industry since 2010 where she has planned and executed many types of events ranging from 1,200 people galas to corporate dinners and weddings. Estefania’s passion is people which shows when she works with members to create truly memorable experiences.
