A native of Trumbull, Connecticut, David McQuade is beginning his 15th year as Director of Golf at Collier’s Reserve. A graduate of Florida Southern College, Dave is a PGA Master Professional, one of only 333 Professionals to attain this highest PGA Certification. In 2005, Dave was selected as one of the top 400 Teachers in America by Golf Magazine. He has authored Instruction Articles for Golf Illustrated Magazine, and has served on the Editorial Advisory Board. In 2011, Dave was selected for the PGA Ambassador Program, which is a small group of PGA Professionals that influence golf travel at domestic and international resort destinations. 

Mike Phelan, Head Golf Professional, has been a member of the Collier’s Reserve Team since 2007. Prior to joining Collier’s Reserve, Mike was the Assistant Professional at Naples National Golf Club for five years. In 1988, Mike started his professional career in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. During that time, Mike spent two winter seasons at The Club @ Morningside in Rancho Mirage, CA. In the fall of 1992 , Mike moved to Naples where he became the Assistant Professional at Wyndemere Country Club and Assistant Professional at Eagle Creek Country Club. Mike is a native of Massachusetts who lives in Naples with his wife Sue and his son Connor. 

Patsy Doss is a lifelong resident of Naples. She has been a merchandiser/buyer in Southwest Florida for over 29 years and has been Collier’s Reserve’s Merchandise Manager for the past five seasons. Patsy is one of the inaugural members of the AGM (Association of Golf Merchandisers) and was also selected as the Private Country Club Merchandiser of the Year by the PGA in 2011. Her merchandise displays have been highlighted in trade publications and calendars. Patsy has been a guest speaker several times at FGCU as part of their Professional Golf Management program and was a featured guest speaker at the 2017 PGA Show in Orlando.
