Collier’s Reserve provides a casually elegant country club environment for its members.  The Plantation-Style Clubhouse offers casual, formal and private dining as well as an array of social events throughout the year to include many themed events, gourmet dining, wine tastings, brunches and after-golf buffets.  For a more relaxed dining experience with an Old-Florida ambience, our members enjoy exceptional food served at our Boathouse Restaurant located on the Cocohatchee River.  The view of the water and wildlife make for a wonderful dining experience.
