If you encounter one of these venomous snakes on your property or within Collier's Reserve, they should not be destroyed. Contact the Golf Course Maintenance Facilities immediately at 597-7063.

Eastern Coral Snake



 
 The Coral Snake's venom is more dangerous since it attacks the nervous system. Many people confuse the Coral Snake with the no-poisonous Scarlet Snake or Scarlet King Snake. A helpful rhyme for telling the difference is "red touches yellow, hurt a fellow; red touches black, lucky Jack."
